International Online Tutor Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to teachers and tutors who register with Kumar Home Tutors for consideration for online tutoring assignments with students in India and international locations.
1. Tutor Registration
By submitting the online tutor registration form, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.
Registration with Kumar Home Tutors does not guarantee selection, approval, or allocation of online classes.
2. Screening and Selection
All applications may be reviewed and screened by Kumar Home Tutors.
The selection process may include:
Registration → Screening → Interview → Demo Class → Approval → Online Classes
Only tutors who successfully complete the required selection process may be considered for online teaching assignments.
3. Qualifications and Experience
Tutors are expected to provide genuine information regarding their educational qualifications, teaching experience, subjects, and other professional details.
Kumar Home Tutors may request supporting documents or additional information during the screening or selection process.
4. Qualification Documents and CV
Tutors should submit genuine and accurate CV/resume and qualification documents when requested.
Providing false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of the application or removal from the tutor panel.
5. Interview and Demo Class
Selected applicants may be required to attend an online interview and/or conduct a demo class.
The purpose of the interview and demo class is to assess teaching ability, subject knowledge, communication skills, online teaching suitability, and professionalism.
6. Online Class Allocation
Approval as an online tutor does not guarantee a fixed number of classes or regular teaching assignments.
Classes may be offered based on student requirements, subject requirements, location, availability, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
7. Tutor Availability
Tutors should provide accurate information about their availability and preferred teaching schedule.
Once an online class is accepted, the tutor is expected to attend the class punctually and maintain professional communication with the student and/or parent.
8. Professional Conduct
Tutors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully when communicating with students, parents, Kumar Home Tutors staff, and other parties.
Any inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the tutor panel.
9. Student and Parent Information
Tutors must maintain confidentiality regarding student and parent information received through Kumar Home Tutors.
Tutors must not misuse, share, publish, or disclose such information without appropriate authorization.
10. Direct Contact and Private Arrangements
Tutors should not use student or parent contact information obtained through Kumar Home Tutors to independently arrange tutoring services outside the platform without authorization.
11. Teaching Materials and Content
Tutors are responsible for ensuring that the teaching materials and content they use are appropriate and lawful.
Tutors should not knowingly use copyrighted material in a manner that infringes applicable copyright laws.
12. Changes to Tutor Status
Kumar Home Tutors may review a tutor’s performance, availability, conduct, or suitability at any time.
Tutor approval may be withdrawn if there are serious concerns regarding qualifications, conduct, reliability, or the accuracy of information provided.
13. No Guarantee of Employment
Registration or approval as an online tutor does not constitute a guarantee of employment, a fixed salary, a minimum number of classes, or a permanent teaching position.
Teaching opportunities depend on actual student requirements and availability.
14. Accuracy of Information
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that the information and documents provided by you are genuine and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You should promptly inform Kumar Home Tutors if important information provided during registration changes.
15. Privacy
Information submitted through the tutor registration form may be used by Kumar Home Tutors for tutor screening, verification, communication, selection, and consideration for tutoring assignments.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy practices of Kumar Home Tutors.
16. Changes to These Terms
Kumar Home Tutors may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The latest version published on this page will apply to future registrations and applications.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the Online International Tutor Registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not submit the registration form.
